1.1. Matters not regulated in these Regulations and the interpretation of these Regulations shall be governed by Hungarian law, in particular Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code (“Civil Code”) and certain provisions on electronic commerce services and information society services. CVIII of 2001 relevant provisions of this Act. The mandatory provisions of the relevant legislation shall apply to the parties without any specific stipulation
1.2. The scope of the GTC extends to all products as well as their future amendments.
1.3. The webshop, as a copyrighted work, is protected by law.
Data management rules:
The range of products and services that can be purchased
1.6. Products can only be purchased online. The price of the products includes VAT as well as the delivery fee.
1.7. In the webshop, the Service Provider indicates the name and description of the product in detail, and displays a photo of the products. The images shown on the product data sheets may differ from the actual ones, in some cases as illustrations.
1.8. If a special price is introduced, the Service Provider will fully inform the Users about the duration of the special offer.
1.9. On the www.otthoniszabaduloszoba.hu website, you can select individual games under the escape games tab. Then click on the “Add to Cart” button to select the game, then click on the “Add to Cart” button on the page that appears to add the product to the shopping cart. After that, clicking on the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner of the website will display the selected product. After entering the billing and delivery data, the customer will be placed on the bank card payment interface, where the card data will be entered. The purchase will then be completed. The buyer will receive an e-mail confirming the purchase.
1.10. There are options to correct data entry errors (eg extra product, product deletion, price check, etc.)
1.11. The product can only be purchased with a bank card payment. The product is delivered to the customer via e-mail.
1.12. The service provider’s web store is obliged to immediately confirm the receipt of the user’s order to the user electronically. If this confirmation is not received by the customer within the expected time of sending the order, but no later than within 48 hours, depending on the nature of the service, the customer is released from the obligation to make an offer or contract. An order and its confirmation shall be deemed to have been received by the service provider or the user when it becomes available to him. The parties may deviate from the above rules if they have agreed to this.
Order processing and fulfillment
1.13. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of placing your order.
1.14. If the Service Provider fails to fulfill its obligations under the contract because the product specified in the contract is not available to it, it is obliged to inform the User immediately and to refund the amount paid by the User immediately, but no later than within thirty days. Fulfillment of this obligation does not release the Service Provider from other consequences of its breach of contract.
Right of withdrawal
1.15. It is possible to withdraw from the purchase for 6 days after the purchase of the product, considering that it is not a tangible product, but an intellectual product.
1.16. The intellectual property of the Home Liberty Room “is subject to legal protection. Misuse thereof (transfer or sale of the product after purchase) will result in criminal action.
1.19. The webshop is obliged to inform the consumer about its registered office, the place of complaint handling – if it does not correspond to the place of distribution or sale – and the method adapted to the specifics of the activity, commercial form or method. and, if you receive complaints in this way, your e-mail address or Internet address and telephone number.
1.20. The Service Provider and the User try to settle their disputes amicably. The User and the Service Provider stipulate the jurisdiction of the Budapest Court / General Court regarding possible legal disputes falling within the scope of these Regulations, which cannot be settled by agreement within 30 (thirty) calendar days.
